Privacy Policy | What's The Hundo?

Overview

This privacy policy applies to the What's The Hundo? app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by HYRMedia, LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is free to download and offers an optional auto-renewing subscription. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not require an account and does not ask you to provide personal information.

The Application stores app-only preferences and a recent raid-data cache on your device so raid boss hundo CP values can remain visible after loading.

If you enable subscriber-only Raid Window Live Activities, the Application sends the Service Provider a random per-install identifier, an Apple push-to-start token, your time zone, Live Activity availability, subscription-entitlement status, and app/build version. This information is used only to schedule and deliver Live Activities at the correct local time. It is not linked to an account or used for advertising or tracking.

On Android, the Application registers each installation with the Service Provider so it can check Hundo Unlock access and deliver subscriber notifications. It sends a Firebase installation identifier, your time zone, your notification preferences and followed events, notification availability on the device, and notification handling results. If you subscribe or restore a purchase, it also sends the Google Play purchase token so the Service Provider can verify the subscription with Google Play. The Service Provider issues a random installation ID. This information is not linked to an account or used for advertising or tracking.

When the Application fetches public raid data or loads legal/support pages, network providers may process routine technical information needed to deliver the service, such as:

Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
The date and time of a network request
The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use third-party advertising, does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Third Party Access

The Application uses Cloudflare-hosted services to fetch raid boss information, register eligible devices for Raid Window Live Activities, and display legal or support documents. Apple provides subscription processing and Live Activity push delivery on iOS. On Android, Google Play provides subscription processing, and Google Firebase provides Cloud Messaging push delivery and App Check request verification. These services are used only to provide app functionality and process purchases.

The Service Provider may disclose information only:

As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
With service providers who operate infrastructure needed to deliver the Application and legal documents

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Application's app-only preferences and cached raid data remain on your device until you delete the Application or clear app data. Live Activity registration data is removed from the Service Provider's systems after 90 days without a registration update. Android notification messages and handling results are removed after 31 days. Android installation registration data remains until the installation is removed; to request removal, contact the Service Provider. Apple and Google retain purchase information under their own policies. The Service Provider does not maintain an account profile for you in this Application.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission.

If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider at contact@hyrmedia.com so they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of September 14, 2026.
